Keeping full documents in a specialist repository avoids overloading the core system with content-management responsibilities. Can users still work with Microsoft 365?
Yes. Laserfiche supports Microsoft 365 document working and can sit alongside Teams, Outlook and Office. The design principle is not “Microsoft or Laserfiche”; it is to use Microsoft 365 for productive collaboration while retaining a controlled content system of record.
Can SharePoint still form part of the target environment?
