Rupert founded MBS in 2007 to help clients improve business performance using leading technology solutions, including Laserfiche document management, DocuSign electronic signatures and Canon print solutions. He is a huge rugby fan and brings that same team ethos into all that he does.
Julie manages the accounting, HR and administration functions within MBS. Since 1995 Julie has ran busy support desks and understands the importance of service delivery. Outside of work Julie enjoys travel, walking and is an enthusiastic grandmother of three.
Chris has over 30 years of experience of managing IT-enabled business change. As a result he is well-placed to help you review how you can change your organisation to be more successful. Chris and his wife Sue love to travel – a good thing given we have clients in over 40 countries!
Eric has over 15 years’ experience in leadership, quality assurance, project management and business change. Eric believes that an individually-tailored, quality-assured approach yields best outcomes for our valued customers. Away from work, Eric’s hobbies include hill walking and dinghy racing.
Chris has over 20 years of experience of Laserfiche implementations both locally and globally. As a result, he is able to support both the hardware and software requirements for clients of all sizes and complexity. Outside of work, Chris enjoys motor racing, fishing and spending time with the family.
Andy leads MBS’s fiduciary practice helping TCSPs optimise foundational systems, capturing and structuring data at source, lifting productivity and client service. Andy is also a professional sailor and dive instructor and loves family adventures afloat.
Harvey is a highly experienced Business Consultant and Project Manager with over 20 years experience in delivering Document Management Systems (DMS) including 18 years Laserfiche experience for a wide range of clients. He is a big fan of Bath Rugby Club.
Richard has extensive software and systems architecture experience building solutions for the private and public sector. He has over 25 years of application development experience,15 of those working with Laserfiche. Outside of work, Richard volunteers for a local heritage railway.
Nikki has extensive Accounts experience, helping to ensure our clients get the timely financial information they need. Nikki is also an Freelance Bookkeeper and runs a popular bed and breakfast, so is an expert at time management!
Simon has over 15 years of experience helping clients to design and implement leading printing, scanning and videoconferencing solutions ranging from one small office to multi-national businesses with offices worldwide.
Nigel has over 20 years’ Laserfiche experience. His expertise includes migrations from legacy systems, workflow, records management, email management and integration with core business systems. Outside of work he is known for running and travelling to far-flung places – combining both if possible!
Daniel has experience of all aspects of Laserfiche system design and troubleshooting. In particular, he has developed proven skills in design and implementation of streamlined business processes using Laserfiche Forms and Workflow.
Joe has wide range of experience when it comes to Laserfiche. He has aided in the development and support of several Laserfiche Cloud and on-premise systems. Where his skills of business process design and troubleshooting have been essential. Outside of work, Joe loves to watch Football and enjoys going to the gym.
Working in the industry since 1998, Sean is very experienced in printer installation and support, print management software, and audio visual equipment. A keen photographer, Sean’s motorsport photography is a regular feature on social media and in international publications.
Callum joined MBS in 2015 and is popular with our customers for his excellent service and friendly approach. He is a Canon Certified Engineer, comfortable dealing with technical issues and installations. Callum races pit bikes at weekends, achieving several podium finishes locally and in the UK.
Jonathan’s Laserfiche background is in supporting clients in the yacht management industry, building workflows and forms, and extending Laserfiche using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery. Away from the office, Jonathan loves spending time with his family and is trying to master Hungarian.
Oliver is being mentored by our Professional Services team to master Laserfiche and associated technologies, ensuring our clients benefit from seamless digital transformation and high-performance automated document workflows. Outside of work Oliver enjoys boxing, gaming and adding to his vinyl collection.
