MBS, a leading technology provider to the wealth management sector, has today announced the signing of a technology agreement with Centralis. Headquartered in Luxembourg, Centralis is a market-leading outsourced corporate services provider to multi-national organisations, private equity houses, international fund structures, real estate firms and private individuals.

Under the terms of the deal, MBS will provide Laserfiche, the leading intelligent content management and process automation system. Centralis will migrate its existing documents to Laserfiche across all its offices. This will enable staff to rapidly and securely access the documents they need from anywhere in the world and also enable many business processes to be automated. This is intended to raise staff productivity and client service.

This is part of a wider agreement with TrustQuay, the leading technology provider to the corporate services, trust and fund administration markets. Centralis will migrate its existing multiple systems to TrustQuay NavOne. Included in the agreement is the new TrustQuay Portal, which will allow Centralis’ end-clients to have a unified view across all their structures, including corporate entities and wealth trust assets.

Together, NavOne and Laserfiche will enable many business processes to be automated as the core part of Centralis’ plans for digital transformation.

Rupert Leaton, Managing Director of MBS, comments: “Centralis has ambitious plans to use technology to deliver world-leading client service and operational performance. I am thrilled that Centralis has chosen MBS to be a partner on this exciting journey, working closely with TrustQuay. “We were also impressed by TrustQuay’s product investment and future roadmap, including the new TrustQuay Portal, which will allow us to leverage all our existing data, providing our end-clients with complete access to their information in a controlled and secure way.
