Over the past 12 months, despite the restrictions and limitations posed by the coronavirus pandemic, MBS has hosted 2 user workshop virtual seminars (3rd upcoming), and several face-to-face Lunch & Learn sessions for some of our existing clients, including some tailored ‘tips & tricks’ sessions.
The User Group Seminars are aimed at providing a wide audience with specific use case examples on how to overcome some of the digital transformation challenges many businesses are facing, offering insight into our wealth of experience in this sector and to share some of the lessons learnt. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. The next user workshop is scheduled for September 15th and this will be focused on Integrations.
Whilst the virtual user workshops are aimed as a general overview of the Laserfiche suite, the lunch & learn sessions provide a tailored demonstration of the Laserfiche business process engine and digital automation capabilities that fit the specific client’s business automation challenges, offering them ideas and ways to easily implement solutions to eradicate stale inefficient manual processes. Feedback from some of the organisations already on their digital transformation journey, is that this digital way of working has proved to be invaluable when the entire world has been forced to work from home.
