From within Outlook, users can quickly and automatically classify, track, archive, and search email and attachments with indexing values defined within Laserfiche. Using the “tag-once” classification, Outlook users just need to ‘tag’ one email and all preceding and subsequent emails are automatically archived within Laserfiche. In this way, email management is greatly simplified as users don’t have to manually file every email, which minimizes mistakes and missing documentation.
We can also connect to Exchange and monitor specific inboxes to automatically import emails into Laserfiche which could also trigger workflows.
