Administrative & Events Coordinator
We are a growing Print & Digital software solutions company located in Tromode with a global client base. We are looking to recruit to our team an Administrative and Events Co-Ordinator.
This is a varied full time role reporting to the Service Manager, but would include marketing & admin tasks from both the Service and Sales departments.
Tasks include invoicing, directing and updating the service system, social media marketing, assisting in the organising of events and seminars. Arranging travel plans and bookings for our Sales and Service teams. Administrating and organising of internal social events. Preparing Marketing material including news releases, articles & case studies. Preparation of Service & Sales Reports. This is an exciting and varied role and the applicant must have previous office experience, be a good communicator, self-motivated, the role would suit someone who is proactive in their approach and able to manage their own workloads. A full driving licence is essential for this role.
