Security at MBS

Our information security objectives are based on the following framework:

Manx Business Solutions have implemented an information security management system (ISMS), which covers all of our services (print solutions, document management, IT solutions, software, and video conferencing).

Our ISMS has been developed and is maintained in line with internationally recognised standards (ISO 27001).

We are committed to following all legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, and continually improving our ISMS.

  • Have a robust policy and procedures, as per ISO 27001 requirements
  • Ongoing training and awareness of all staff and subcontractors
  • Understand and follow all customer requirements, including security controls, both in the office and at customer sites
  • Ensure we have a robust DR Plan which is tested and updated regularly
  • All paper records are to be retained electronically, with the overall objective of reducing paperwork in the business
  • Visibility of information across all functions of the business, subject to its classification
  • Ensure contractual agreements with suppliers and contractors are well documented and reviewed.
